Service Description

This coaching system helps overwhelmed, exhausted women learn to get still, notice mindsets and shift them if necessary, tune into what they need, set goals, and achieve a more peaceful, fulfilling life. Phase 1 Understand Your Mindset: what it is, how culture influences it, and how they align (or don't!) with your values. Phase 2 Visualize a Fulfilling Life: you use your values and tools to recognize what you want to change. Phase 3 Set Goals: you create a goal that is aligned with your values, outcome focused, and SMART. Phase 4 Take Action: as you take steps towards your goal I will support you and help you reflect on successes and opportunities to grow. This 1:1, eight session system provides a supportive setting and tools to make your life what you want and need it to be.

Cancellation Policy

Coaching Policies & Agreement  I have a 24-hour cancelation policy. If you must reschedule, do so as early as possible. If less than 24- hour notice is given, you may be charged for the session.  Coaching is a powerful way to take responsibility for your life. You will ask for what you need during our time together.  As your coach, it is my job to hold you as the source of your wisdom and answers, reflecting what I hear, sense, and feel with honesty, truth, and acceptance. As a client, it is your responsibility to explore, discern, claim, and share your own truth. All actions and non-actions taken as a result of coaching is the sole responsibility of the client.  Coaching is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, condition, or legal situation. A coach is not a substitute for your medical, mental health, financial, or legal professional. The client releases SMStewart Enterprises, LLC, Wisdom Within – Because You Know, and Sue Stewart, CIF CLC, of any claims of legal responsibility.  Coaching packages must be completed within six months of the start date unless special arrangements are made.  As humans, we sometimes resist change, no matter how much we may wish to change. You do not have to address something that comes up if you don’t want to. Keep in mind, however, that in moving forward in the coaching process: o You decide what you want to change and what you don’t. o When resistance appears, it can signal that you’re near a breakthrough. Like the tug you feel before releasing a rubber band or that feeling you get before you do something for the first time, resistance can mean something is about to happen. o I will help you stay focused, gain clarity, stay in your power, practice self-care, own your responsibility, and take next steps to get to where you want to be. o Commitment to the coaching process and sessions is a vital part of gaining the perspective needed to maintain momentum and achieve your goals.
