Nothing New - Goals Matter

We’ve been taking a peek into my Signature 1:1 Coaching Program,  Stillness is an Action.

The first phase has clients diving deep into mindsets. Once they understand their mindsets and are clear on what they value, they can begin to visualize the life they want in phase two. That’s when they begin to notice where changes may need to be made. And that leads them to the third phase – goal setting.

It’s important to have plans. You don’t take a vacation without planning how you will reach your destination, where you will stay, and what activities you will do. Likewise, you can’t make an important change in your life without figuring out how to do it.

That’s why in Stillness is an Action we set a goal to ensure a greater rate of success, and to feel hope and personal power in your life. We make sure the goal is outcome focused; that you understand the WHY of your goal. We make sure it is aligned with your values. It is also a SMART goal: specific (not broad but exact), measurable (how will we know you’ve reached the goal? What will you feel, see, do, etc.?) achievable (you can be in control and attain the goal), relevant (is it reasonable and realistic?), and time-bound (has a deadline).

Here’s what clients are saying about this phase of Stillness is an Action:

“I had an idea of what I wanted to accomplish, but Sue guided me with important questions to a great meaningful and positive goal.”

“For the first time in a long time I am excited. I really believe I can do this.”

“I had my goal focused on what I was NOT allowed to eat and Sue guided me to a mindset change. It was very helpful.”

This isn’t a new concept; but sometimes we forget important steps to take to ensure success in our lives.

Perhaps this resonates with you. Let’s connect!

We can schedule a complimentary Discovery Call to see how I may be able to support you.
